RIGAS LABS objectives is ease of use of its instrumentation. With the purchase of each new instrument, we will plan its installation and startup with you. A RIGAS LABS Service Engineer will perform the setup, ensure it runs smoothly, and spend extra time with your staff to train them on location in using the system in their daily routine operations.
With the delivery of a new system several options are available to effectively introduce the instrumentation into the laboratory. These options range from either basic instrument use training or assistance to reproduce a current method to the new system, up to training of your lab staff to increase acceptance of another level of automation. Once the system is operational and a question or problem occurs, RIGAS LABS will guarantee an efficient response in order to keep downtime to an absolute minimum.

Warranty

Rigas Labs unconditionally guarantees its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the specified warranty period of time. Servicing of instrument products is offered through our service department or representative field service organizations.
 

Maintenance

Once the system is operational, it is essential to keep maintenance or other downtime as short as possible. A carefully composed Preventive Maintenance Program will minimize downtime and maximize priority level response times. The highly qualified Rigas Labs Service Team will perform scheduled preventive maintance service and instruct your staff how to maintain the system and perform minor repairs.
 

Laboratory Equipment Validation Services

Compliance and qualification services for analytical instruments, laboratory equipment and operational procedures development are being offered. Our trained enginners implement on-site Installation qualification (IQ), Operational qualification (OQ) and Performance qualification (PQ) testing protocols for laboratory equipment and provide validated data and documentation to ensure GMP/GLP compliance.
 

Service Contracts

To assure optimum operation of the system, servicing with regular interval is required. Service Contracts are available for instruments after the initial warranty period. RIGAS LABS offers multi-level service contract, each designed to meet the level of performance required for your applications. RIGAS LABS will contact you and schedule your service before it is due on all equipment under your service agreement.
 

Training Courses

Following the startup and basic operations training service with each new system, RIGAS LABS offers a series of dedicated courses ranging from a basic course to an advance method development course.
 

Laboratory Informatics Services & Support
